Environment is getting polluted due to
dumping of various kinds of waste and
is hazardous to mankind and hence it
has become necessary to dispose of the
waste by Incinerating.
SOT Incinerators are designed with most
practical approach looking at Indian
Conditions. We do not boost of Technical
Collaboration but believe in Technology
suitable to Indian conditions. Be it a
Housing Society, a Hotel, a Hospital, a
Slaughterhouse, a Poultry or an
Industry. The Waste is bound to be

SOT Incinerators are capable of
incinerating all types of wastes. Be it
a solid, Sludge, Liquid, Gas or Chemical
waste. We also recommend & offer
pollution control equipments as part of
incinerators system.
SOT Incinerators are fully automatic in
operation backed with SOT Burners, cover
less space and the Complete Incineration
process is smokeless due to MULTICHAMBER
design. Main Sot Burner in a Primary
Chamber, under controlled combustion
conditions incinerates the waste
material. Gases thus generated along
with volatiles are completely burnt in
the Secondary Chamber through SOT After
Fire Burner.
The Complete Incineration process takes
place at around 900 deg. C in Primary
Chamber & 1050 deg. C in Secondary
Chamber. Various safeties are added up,
depending upon requirements to ensure
foolproof systems. SOT Incinerators are
normally available in ranges from
10kg/hr to 300kg/hr of different type of
wastes, backed by SOT Gas & Oil Fired
burners of highest combustions

Various Heat recovery systems are also
offered to salvage the heat being
wasted through chimney.
